I must admit I have been so insanely busy that I really haven’t had time to knit much less write but I did get Bella’s mittens finished almost two weeks ago. I did. I’m so sorry. I finished them on the 17th of October and I’ve been taking a literal break from doing any knitting. [...]

I must say that it is very very important to read the directions when it comes to knitting. I was totally flying on Bella’s Mittens. I had finished with the gusset and was on the home stretch to making the finger covering part of the mittens by October 9th when I made a horrid discovery. [...]

At about 10:30pm last night, I finished the Summer Flies shawlette. Yay. I now need to weave in my ends and block it. Once that is done, I’ll post some pictures of the totally finished project.
